The UK Government has announced a temporary suspension of import tariffs on 89 everyday products, including pasta, fruit juices, spices, plastics, and gardening supplies.
UK businesses and consumers could benefit from lower prices on imports of everyday essentials like spices and juices as the Government takes further action to make the UK the best place to do business and kickstart economic growth.
The suspension of import duty rates will come into force on 27th April 2025.
