The supply of transportation or related services connected with an import into or an export from the UK arranged, handled or cleared by Air Sea Scotland Limited is carried out under the current Standard Trading Conditions of the British International Freight Association.
The supply of freight transport or related services wholly carried in the UK i.e. domestic UK to UK transport is carried under the most recent and current RHA Conditions of Carriage.
By issuing instructions to Air Sea Scotland or confirming you wish Air Sea Scotland to handle a shipment or clearance on your behalf, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
